24-HR LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that the studio maintains a standard 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your lesson for any reason within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be responsible for the full lesson fee. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this policy is in place to allow us sufficient time to rebook the slot and ensure efficient scheduling for all students.

ZOOM/DISTANCE LESSONS

Clients on tour or outside the NYC-area are welcome to schedule lessons via Zoom. To arrange for online coaching, simply email the studio with your availability and a session will be reserved for you. Remember that the scheduled time for your distance session(s) will be booked according to Eastern Standard Time (EST), so it is the client’s responsibility to be sure that they’ve accounted for any time zone difference accurately. Please update to the latest version of the Zoom app beforehand, and, if at all possible, use a laptop or desktop computer - one that is connected directly via an ethernet cable will provide the best experience. If you must use a cell phone or tablet, know that the audio and/or video quality may suffer.
